Typeform Integration

The Typeform integration allows you to automatically trigger workflows when a form is submitted or retrieve past responses.

How to get credentials

You can connect to Typeform using a Personal Access Token.

Log in to your Typeform account.
Go to Settings (click your profile icon) and then Personal tokens.
Click Generate a new token, give it a name (e.g., "Nodes2Cloud"), and securely copy the generated token.
In Nodes2Cloud, create a new Typeform credential and paste the token.

This node starts a workflow instantly whenever someone submits a specified Typeform.

Credential: Your Typeform API token.
Form ID: The unique identifier of the form you want to monitor. This dropdown populates automatically once your credential is set.
Workspace: (Optional) You can select a specific workspace to filter the forms available in the Form ID dropdown.

Add the Typeform: On Submission node as the first node in your workflow.
Select your Credential and wait a moment for the forms to load.
Select your Form ID from the dropdown list.
When you save and activate the workflow, Nodes2Cloud will automatically register a webhook with Typeform. Any new submissions will now trigger this workflow.
The output payload will contain all the answers submitted by the user.

This node retrieves a list of past responses for a specific Typeform.

Credential: Your Typeform API token.
Form ID: The form to retrieve responses from.
Limit: (Optional) The maximum number of responses to retrieve (default is usually 1000).
Since / Until: (Optional) Fetch responses submitted within a specific time window.

Select your Credential and Form ID.
Run the node to fetch past responses. The output will be an array of response objects containing the answers.

Form ID dropdown is empty: Check your API Token. If you just created the form, try refreshing the list. Also, make sure the token has permissions to read forms and workspaces.
Trigger isn't firing: The trigger node relies on Typeform Webhooks. Ensure your workflow is "Active". When you activate the workflow, Nodes2Cloud registers the webhook. If you change the Form ID, you must deactivate and reactivate the workflow for the new webhook to be registered.
Parsing Answers: Typeform's response payload can be deeply nested. You may need to use a "Set" or "Run JavaScript" node after the trigger to extract the specific answers you want using their field IDs or titles.
